Right to move freely throughout the country

All Colombian limitations established by law, is entitled

to move freely throughout the country, in and out of it, and to remain and

reside in Colombia.

DERECHO A CIRCULAR LIBREMENTE POR TODO EL PAIS


Todo colombiano, con las limitaciones que establezca la ley, tiene derecho
a circular libremente por el territorio nacional, a entrar y salir de él, y a permanecer y
residenciarse en Colombia.

Toda persona es libre. Nadie puede ser molestado en su persona o familia,

ni reducido a prisión o arresto, ni detenido, ni su domicilio registrado, sino en virtud de

mandamiento escrito de autoridad judicial competente, con las formalidades legales y

por motivo previamente definido en la ley.

El artículo 58 de la Constitución Política de la República de Colombia garantiza el derecho a la propiedad privada y los demás derechos adquiridos, los cuales no pueden ser desconocidos ni vulnerados por las leyes.

The article 58 of the Constitution Politics of the Republic Colombian warrant the right to property private and the other rights acquire that, so they can't be unknow  nor violate for the laws.

Una violacion a estre derecho es por ejemplo cuando a las personas les quitan su casa por razones de violencia(displacement)

A violation to this right is for example when to the people them steal their house for reason of violence.

Yo creo que este derecho es muy violado en este pais, ya que muchas personas que con gran esfuerzo consiguen una vivienda y llega la guerrila o los paramilitares y les quita su vivienda como si nada

I think that this right is very violated in this country, already that many people that with great effort get a home and arrive the guerrilla or the paramilitarys and take away their home like nothing.
